📅 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Fee
A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure any Permanent Makeup appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance require a new $100 booking fee to rebook.
No-shows or cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be subject to an additional service fee.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a cancellation and charged the full service price.
Studio Policy
Children under 18 are not permitted in the studio during appointments.
🎨 Touch-Up & Color Boost Policy
Touch-up appointments are available only to clients who completed their initial Permanent Makeup procedure with Charm Beauty Studio.
Touch-ups must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe of 6–8 weeks after the initial session.
Appointments requested after 8 weeks will be considered a Color Boost and will be priced accordingly.
Clients who received their initial Permanent Makeup from another artist or studio are not eligible for a touch-up.
Such appointments will be treated as a new Initial Session and charged at full price, as previous work, pigment type, and skin response cannot be guaranteed.
