Permanent Makeup services are provided only to clients 18 years of age or older. Certain laser or advanced aesthetic services may require medical clearance and completion of a Good Faith Examination (GFE) prior to treatment.

Results vary. No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes, pigment retention, longevity of results, or the number of sessions required.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate medical history, disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies, and follow all pre-care and post-care instructions. Failure to follow instructions may affect results and releases Charm Beauty Studio from liability related to healing outcomes.

Charm Beauty Studio is not liable for outcomes related to failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, individual skin or pigment responses, or services performed over previous work.
